DESIGN
Selective Covers Limited manufacture bespoke covers for a wide range of industries . Primarily the Hot Tub Spa Market . We manufacture to a standard design however we also do one of special covers to suit the customer’s requirements . We work out the most economical way to manufacture and also the working performance of the cover .
Whatever the situation – we work together with the clients to manufacture and produce a working cover.
MANUFACTURE
Selective covers Limited manufacture all their products from Thirsk , North Yorkshire , England . We purchase all our raw materials from the UK from the smallest components to the largest of rolls .
We use various types of industrial Sewing Machines , Cutting machines for all types of materials . High frequency heat welding machines for the waterproof PVC materials.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
We liaise either by email or phone regarding the despatched times for our products . Notifications are also sent via the delivery company direct to the client to give a ETA time of arrival .
We welcome any customer feedback/ comments and this will help to maintain improvements for our customer service.
